I agree to pay the total school fees of the program by the class start date. I understand that if I withdraw at any time before the first week of classes, I will get a 90% refund on the remaining balance and if I withdraw within the first week of classes (Monday to Friday), I will get a 60% refund on the remaining balance. If I withdraw after the first week of classes or violate the rules of Victory ESL, and/or the laws of BC and/or Canada, I will receive no refund.
